Safety is our top priority, but traveling in remote, high-altitude environments carries inherent risks.
4.1 Assumption of Risk
By booking a tour, you acknowledge the physical demands and altitude risks associated with the Atacama Desert and Salar de Uyuni (often exceeding 4,000 meters above sea level). You confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to participate.
4.2 Travel Insurance
Mandatory Requirement: We highly recommend (and for Uyuni expeditions, require) that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking, medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation.
4.3 Limitation of Liability
[Company Name] acts only as an agent for the passengers regarding travel, whether by vehicle, boat, or horseback. We assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by defect in any vehicle, or through acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger.
